How we word as a team depend on MBTI

In our team, we have three type of MBTI.

First ESFP (Maitha Ali) people with this personality type are often the first to help someone talk out a challenging problem, happily providing emotional support and practical advice. ESFP personalities can bring everyone else along for the ride.

Second ESFJs (Khuloud); enjoy supporting their friends and loved ones, organizing social gatherings and doing their best to make sure everyone is happy.

Finally, the ESTJ (shamma, khawla, Samira) are representatives of tradition and order, utilizing their understanding of what is right, wrong and socially acceptable to bring families and communities together. ESTJs often take on roles as community organizers, working hard to bring everyone together.

Khloud's role is to Encourage, lift and strengthen the team. Spread a positive energy in the team. Maitha Ali's role is to spread the happiness and energy between us, make for us an atmosphere of fun and takes us away from the fatigue and stress environment.
